Used by an artistic designer, this new design tool Matrix allows fast custom design creation of unprecedented accuracy.* With this revolutionary new software, an earring is electronically flipped for an identical mate. We've used it to create identical bracelets, one for 21 diamonds, one for 21 rubies. With minor adjustments, designs identical rings or other jewelry in varying sizes.

For your customers, we can also provide three dimensional renderings in CAD. Realistic likenesses show the smallest details when enlarged. There are also standard hand drawn designs upon request. Often times we will start out with hand drawn designs to get the ideas then when the ideas are decided on we can make the design on the computer, and from that comes the rendering.

Our new computerized Revo 940 milling machine sets new standards for accuracy and quick turnaround time. Finely detailed wax molds are mechanically milled automatically. These produce flawless jewelry! Turnaround time on highly detailed pieces can be cut from weeks to days. Combined with our 3-D CAD Design Software, we can produce finely detailed jewelry with unprecedented accuracy, such small detail that filigree style rings can be altered on the mounting and cast in place. Ask about using Revo mill for your designs. And for those pieces that are inappropriate for the (CAD) computerized system, we have an expert wax carver. Sometimes the piece will be started in CAD and make the wax and then the hand wax carver finishes with the final details to perfect the piece.

Our state-of-the-art Rofin Laser Micro welders open new levels in quality control, restoration and custom manufacturing. We can do like metal spot welds without removing stones! Even damaged tips or worn bezels on platinum diamond rings are repaired with platinum spot welds. Sizing rings are often soldered and welded this is a flaw less. Seams don't show and repairs are much stronger.

Micro welding works even where there are gold, heat sensitive stones or stones with antique finishes which can't be heated.

Welded parts in custom design manufacturing resist damage better. Laser welded and soldered heads are more structurally sound. Often times we will weld the heads in precisely where they are needed and then solder them to get even more strength. Different metals come together flawlessly.
